I first went to Simple Hear through the VA. I was immediately comfortable with Robin Fiscus and her office staff. Her thoroughness and making sure I was comfortable with my hearing aids goes above the expectations I had. I have never felt rushed through an appt and their follow ups are superb. I have since referred a couple of people to her and they also were impressed by the service.

Robin has been able to help me with my severe hearing loss problem. Words used to be just mumbles to me but I can understand more now, I can hear the seatbelt buzzer now. Hearing aids can only help so much and will never replace normal hearing. Robin and her staff have worked through OWCP rules and paperwork so there was little effort on my part, thank you so much. They are very knowledgable about hearing problems and will do their best to help.

As a healthcare professional, I was appreciative of Dr Fiscus' professionalism, thoroughness, and being my advocate working with the VA system. I now have top of the line hearing aids that will continue to assist me with my work and home life for years to come. I highly recommend Simply Hear Audiology.

I have had three different sets of hearing aids and each one gets a little better. This last set is the most descrete! You can't see them at all and I like it that people can't see my hearing aids!! They are comfortable and I can hear really well! Dr Fiscus keeps my hearing in great shape, the service is excellent, and I enjoy my life more when I can communicate with my family!

To begin with I was very impressed by the office. The business was referred to me by the VA. The visit made me feel very comfortable. Meeting the staff also had a big impact on how I felt. After having my ear exam, I made the comment, "I would like to return here to receive my hearing aid if that is OK." I could have gone to a place in Sequim, but believed the drive was worth it. I hope Dr. Fiscus will always be there.

I've only been to two hearing test businesses with a number of years in between. Several things I liked about Simply Hear was; it was across the street from my primary care doctor, very convenient, and close to home. I think what impressed me the most between the two was the first impression attitude, and second the convenience of parking. Simply Hear was more parking friendly. Her friendly staff, most importantly Dr. Robin welcomed me, made me feel at ease, the friendly Secretary and atmosphere. Dr. Fiscus's friendly attitude to talk with re my hearing problem, and suggesting I submit a claim for my hearing loss. I was skeptical that my claim would be accepted due to my old age. My hearing loss began nearly 30 years before I retired as a Civil Servant for the US Navy plus another long period of time between 25-30 year after I retired to file a claim. I had no documentation...

Everything has gone great. I can hear now!
