I’ve been going to Simons since I moved to the city in 2006. They’ve done everything from simple washes to major details. I’ve tried to find other washes in the city that are comparable and there just aren’t. Recently they’ve done two major interior details for me after vomit issues in my back seat. The detail they went through and crevices they reached are impressive. The car came back smelling brand new and the leather was conditioned to perfection. The seats looked like they had never been sat in. Even though I didn’t get an exterior detail, the wash they provided far exceeded any others I get in the area.

I just had my 2020 Subaru Forester Limited detailed at Simon's and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!! I bought the car brand new in 2020 and I've always washed the car myself. I enjoy it and take a lot of pride in keeping it looking new. Since I moved back to the city, I'm not able to wash it myself anymore and had a couple less than stellar experiences at automatic-washes. This left my paint a little swirly and in need of some love. Simon's did an absolutely fantastic job and my baby is looking better than the day I bought her! I first started going to Simon’s for regular washers and details when they first opened back in 2004. Their soaps and waxes are superior to most of the hand carwashes in Chicago.

This is a follow-up review I wrote back earlier this year regarding the PPF done on my 2023 Tesla Y. The owner of Simon's detailing contacted me and I came back into the store to discuss about my concerns. From our conversation, he took it to heart and was able to correct all issues. It was very nice of him to take time out of his busy schedule to fit me in. The owner even give me a bottle of Dr. Beasley ceramic as a good will. Now every time I washed my car at home ,I have incorporated Dr Beasley. I am very pleased with the result.
