Outside and inside look great, give a great atmosphere. The food has always been so-so. Have given it multiple chances but it never seems to impress. However the drinks make up for it. We were there last night, the service was pretty bad and the food was even worse. I asked for medium rare on my Siamsa Burger and it came back super well done, dry as a bone, and cold. As for my fries, (that I paid extra for) they were hard and cold as well. Our waiter took the burger back and brought me another one, the plate was warm, but the burger was even dryer than the first and felt hard and crusty to bite into. My boyfriend got the Chicken Francese with rice and he said it was the most bland thing he’s eaten in a long time. It was a Monday night and they didn’t seem busy at all, our waiter looked very frazzled and he forgot about us a number of times. The whole place seemed understaffed so I don’t blame him entirely, we both work in the restaurant industry (I’m a hostess and my boyfriend is a cook) so I understand their struggles.
