All of the people from Showcase were polite, professional and diligent. The workmanship was outstanding and my bathroom looks great. The workers were considerate and cleaned up after themselves.

Mike White went out of his way numerous times to help expedite the remodeling. He was patient and consistently made sure I was satisfied with everything.

I will definitely call Showcase for my next remodel.

Showcase Restoration is Fantastic.They did an excellent work, went extra mile and did painting and cleaning. Our house got flooded in 2023 and my insurance company gave us this company to repair and restore the house. Initially I told the insurance company I was going to get a contractor myself so I went to USA FLOORING to have them do the job for us. To my surprise, they told us Showcase Restoration do detail work than they do so if I wanted a detailed repair I should stick to Showcase Restoration. There were a few set backs throughout the process but in the end our floors, walls and home look beautiful after Showcase Restoration and Terrance who was the program manager for our home restoration, completed the project. Terrance was respectful and understood our concerns throughout project.

Thank you to Russell Webb and company for fixing our roof due to a gusty wind storm. The process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services if you have any roof issues.

They came out within 1 hour of our contacting them about a water leak in a bathroom and kitchen with found and did an amazing job. They almost completely dried everything out with minimal damage. Russel Webb was our contractor and he and his teammate had our kitchen ceiling repaired and our kitchen completely repainted just in time for Easter. (They did it in two days!). I would highly recommend this company.

Russell Webb was absolutely amazing. He looked out for our families best interest during a time what could have been realyl chaotic. Our fence went down in a storm and they worked so quickly to get everything back up looking better than it ever has. Communication was top notch, and so was the customer service. Absolutely 100 recommend!!!

A car ran into my 90 year old Victorian home destroying part of the porch and a column. See picture. I did not think it possible to match the column, but they did a very good job at it and the porch/brickwork looks just as it did before the incident. I will use them in the future and would recommend this company.

After flooding to a portion of our house, showcase came ASAP and worked to dry out the flooring and then did an excellent and speedy job repairing everything to look better than it did to start. Extremely satisfied with them. Particularly, Justin did a great job as the project manager. He stayed on the ball and communicated with me promptly. We had water damage in two rooms and under the house. Mr. Russell Webb, our project manager was extremely helpful. He was always available to discuss any concerns we had and he addressed them immediately. If we have any problems in the future we would definitely ask for him to handle them. Although it wasn’t part of his job, he brought food to us when we were sick, moved our trash cans when we weren’t able to and he was generally as helpful as could be. Thanks Mr. Webb!

Showcase Restoration is the best!! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I’m extremely happy with the repairs they did to my home and most certainly will be reaching out to them in the future for other projects we want completed at our residence! I had an inspector inaccurately detect humidity readings in the crawl space under a house I was selling. I was told to put in a vapor barrier and dehumidifier. Sarah Lochner and her team came out and tested the humidity and discovered it was not nearly as high as the first inspector claimed. It saved me thousands of dollars and time almost wasted. The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. 10/10.

This company is fantastic!! Stop looking and just hire them! Showcase Restoration worked with our insurance to help us restore our home after a house fire in January 2023. From our first communication with Mr. Thomas Nuzzo I knew I was in good hands! He told me that what I was going through was going to feel like riding a roller coaster with all the ups and downs. Some days were going to be great and others may be hard. But when I’m having one of those hard days or I don’t feel good about anything (the work, the process, etc.) that I should reach out to him and he would help me get back on track. It was so kind and it really helped give me peace of mind! Mr. David Lassiter and his mediation crew were wonderful as well.
