The work was done and I am satisfied. When there was an issue I spoke with Russell Webb the project manager to resolve the issue. Russell listen to what I had to say and he made sure that all was corrected. His crew was very professional and was happy with them.

My first experience with Showcase Restoration-Fayetteville was in September 2022. I had water damage in my kitchen and through USAA I picked Showcase to handle the mitigation and repairs. The kitchen cabinets and the kitchen/dining room flooring had to be replaced. All repairs were completed to my satisfaction, and I was told Showcase has a 5-year warranty on their work. In July of 2024 I began having issues with the flooring, so I called Showcase to repair since it was still under warranty. Mr. Ryan Donnelly came out to inspect and found the issue was the thin LVP flooring used wasn't the proper flooring to use in my case. He promptly ordered the replacement flooring for the kitchen and dining room. He found the same color and a thicker more durable LVP flooring material. The entire Showcase Restoration team was on point. It was an honor and privilege to have them fix our home from water damage. I would definitely use and recommend them to others that may be in need of any type of restoration.

Showcase was contracted by my insurance agent to repair a bedroom damaged due to a water heater leak. They were thorough, and clear in their communications. They removed the rug and padding and made sure walls, insulation and electrical were not compromised by the water. After the drying process Mr. Terrance Hunt the Project Manager brought samples of flooring so I could choose one. Everything was completed in a timely manner. My floor looks beautiful. I am very pleased and impressed with their work. Showcase and their team of contractors were very helpful, and professional till the end.

I’ve used Showcase twice now to restore my home after a fire, then water damage. They did a fine job both times. Recently I was helped by Brittany, Jessica, ShonTe and Russel Webb. Russell oversaw the job and did an excellent job. Once started, the work was finished very quickly. Russell stayed in contact with me the entire time keeping me informed of progress. I would not hesitate to call Showcase again or to refer them.

The entire experience was phenomenal. From those that did the cleanup. To Brittany with estimates. And the repair crew and restoration crew who put everything back the way it was as if nothing happened.

Ashley and Terrance were a huge help in repairing a water leak I had in my garage. They were very communicative and informative throughout the whole process.

Showcase is working with us to mitigate and restore damage to our home after a water leak damaged walls and floors. They responded very quickly and worked late on a Friday to mitigate the damage and prepare for restorations. Jon Davis and his team have been outstanding during the process, keeping us informed and reassured throughout the process. He has met us several times to go over the process, next steps, introduce the restoration team and answer all questions. He always responds to text and phone calls quickly, and gets answers as fast as possible. This would be a far worse experience had it not been for Jon Davis and the whole Showcase team.

I’ve worked with Showcase in the past on various insurance claims related jobs. They’ve always done a great job. When we had a project at our church we reached out to Showcase. Josh and Mike were great to work with and communication from start to finish was great. They reviewed the estimate and scope of work with us a few times to make sure expectations were met.

Showcase Restoration is Fantastic.They did an excellent work, went extra mile and did painting and cleaning. Our house got flooded in 2023 and my insurance company gave us this company to repair and restore the house. Initially I told the insurance company I was going to get a contractor myself so I went to USA FLOORING to have them do the job for us. To my surprise, they told us Showcase Restoration do detail work than they do so if I wanted a detailed repair I should stick to Showcase Restoration. There were a few set backs throughout the process but in the end our floors, walls and home look beautiful after Showcase Restoration and Terrance who was the program manager for our home restoration, completed the project. Terrance was respectful and understood our concerns throughout project.

Thank you to Russell Webb and company for fixing our roof due to a gusty wind storm. The process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services if you have any roof issues.

They came out within 1 hour of our contacting them about a water leak in a bathroom and kitchen with found and did an amazing job. They almost completely dried everything out with minimal damage. Russel Webb was our contractor and he and his teammate had our kitchen ceiling repaired and our kitchen completely repainted just in time for Easter. (They did it in two days!). I would highly recommend this company.
