I had a great experience working with the mitigation team from Showcase. From start to finish, Carter and his team were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question or needed an update, Carter was quick to respond and made sure I understood exactly what was happening throughout the process.

The team worked efficiently and kept things moving without delays, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They were respectful of the property, thorough in their work, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.

Omar and Charlie did everything in their power to give me satisfactory service. The process was extremely lengthy, just because a custom door was ordered and somehow fell through, but I was informed throughout the process. The things agreed upon in the contract did not happen accurately though.

We had a very pleasant experience with Omar and Josh! They got everything done that we needed, quickly. Ceiling repair, new flooring and paint. They fixed our water damage from a busted washing machine hose and it looks brand new!

On 02/05/2026, I contacted Showcase Restoration because a water line had bursted and flooded our church. Within an hour, Ryan was on site and within an hour and a half, a mitigation team was on site drying out the building. Although there is still some reconstruction to do, we were able to hold services in our church yesterday, 02/15/ 2026. Anthony B. and Hunter S. from the Mitigation Team did an outstanding job of drying out the building, often working extra hours to finish up. Anthony kept me informed of the progress at every step as has everyone that I have had contact with at Showcase Restoration. I may have had a problem that is typical of homeowners, that of water damage to the sub flooring. In my case, it came from a dishwasher, resulting in a slowly progressive failure (cracking tiles) in the kitchen.

When I contacted Showcase Restoration, they responded immediately. Brittany, the “estimator”, did a brief investigation to assess the problem and provided an estimate for the repair. A “Mitigation team”, led by Ryan, pulled up the affected tiles arrived shortly afterward and dried out all the affected areas of the kitchen floor. Later, a repair team, led by Omar, arrived and not only rebuilt the affected areas, but actually, made the kitchen much nicer than it ever was before.

I am very satisfied by the work done! It was also accomplished in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Showcase Restoration did an excellent job on my water mitigation. Trenton and Micah were very knowledgeable and informed me on every stage of the process.

I had some damage to my storage area, and Mr. Russell and his team at Showcase Restoration did an outstanding job. Even though there was a delay due to the city permit, Mr. Russell kept me informed every step of the way and worked diligently until everything was completed.

He restored my storage beautifully, rebuilding the shelves exactly as they were before. He also fixed my carport, where one of the posts had come loose. Everything turned out great!

The people at Showcase have been awesome to work with. We had a vehicle crash into our building in March. I made a call to these guys and they jumped right in feet first. I had the pleasure of meet Patrick McLeod first who then introduced us to Josh Nuzzo. Both of these guys are very knowledgeable of job at hand and have been absolutely a god send. Brittany and Restoration Showcase were a godsend when we had a fire in our son’s home last Spring. Brittany was so very helpful walking us thru all the steps we had to go thru to get the kids back in their home as quickly as possible but still getting our home cleaned out and repaired. This company did a fantastic job from start to finish! They discussed the mitigation and repair process, as well as being thoughtful about communication preferences as our day jobs make texting easier and they ensured that each person throughout both parts of the process was timely and efficient. Our Project Manager Kevin, had multiple check points through our project to ensure proper completion! They completed the repairs to my request and everything turned out perfect!
