Well first of all Kathy and Jeremy were amazing. Im a first time buyer and I have never gone through this before. Both Kathy and Jeremy took the time to explain every single detail, every little thing they inspected they made sure to tell me what was going on. It was an amazing experience. It was stress free and I learned a lot. I feel they both went above and beyound to make me feel comfortable and included. From my experience this company and their inspectors are top notch. I chose Sherwood inspections for our home inspection because from the moment they picked up the phone it was Dee who was so courteous and helpful. The owner even came to the phone to help me further understand and made me feel comfortable. During our inspection with the inspectors they answered every questions in detail until we fully understood any issues.

As a first time homebuyer with limited knowledge, the home inspection was a very important tool in determining the quality of the purchase. Marc performed a very thorough inspection, educated me on details that I'm less familiar with, and was receptive to and encouraged questions. I would recommend SIS to anybody looking for more than a run of the mill inspection, keep up the good work!

Met with out inspector Mark when buying my first house. He was great! Explained everything in detail and then brought it down to my level when it became clear I wasn't house-savvy. Very thorough and welcoming.

I am a first time home buyer so this was my first home inspection experience and Marc Champagne did an excellent job walking us through the entire process step-by-step. He was very punctual and was already inspecting the outside of the house when we arrived. He was very thorough, made sure to point out specific issues to us and even took the time to stop periodically and review what he had found, as well as prioritizing what appeared to be the major issues vs relatively minor findings. He sent over the full inspection report by the next morning and has sent over subsequent reports for radon, oil tank review, etc in a timely manner. It was very easy to book my appointment using the website and two separate staff members called me the same day to confirm and help with any questions. Overall a great experience and I would be happy to recommend your service to others in the future.

Cathy is was incredibly thorough during our home inspection. She was very clear about explaining how the process works, and went through each phase deliberately and with great focus. She didn't rush through anything, was happy to explain things to us, sometimes more than once, and was insightful with how certain things could be maintained or repaired. She also greeted us with the upfront cost which I appreciated.

The home inspection was very thorough. The inspectors, Cathy and Glen, climbed up into a very tight attic access. I couldn't believe they went up there, but my clients and I were so happy they went the extra mile to thoroughly inspect the attic space.
