The inspector was ver personable and answered every question that I had during the process. Even though the original scope of work didn't include some large outbuildings (requiring an extra hour and a half of work), he called the office to get a price quote and still was very thorough during the entire inspection. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The 2 gentlemen at this inspection (Marc Champagne and Jeff) were more than willing to take time to explain to me everything they were seeing and possible solutions. I reached out to Sherwood Inspection Services on a Friday afternoon after the inspector I had scheduled for the next morning unexpectedly cancelled. Sherwood immediately appreciated my urgency and after a few phone calls was able to confirm an appointment for me at 9am the next morning. Marc arrived early and had set up snacks and soft drinks for us before we arrived. He thoroughly explained to us exactly what he would be doing and what we should expect. He gave us the option of following him around or doing our own thing while he worked and promised that either way he’d be stopping to explain any findings as he went. We did a little following and a little of our own thing and found Marc to be incredibly thorough and knowledgable.
