Our inspector Andre, was absolutely great!

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous, but after watching him inspect the home, he brought me to ease.

He explained EVERYTHING to me, from what I'm seeing to what can possibly happen in a few years.

He left nothing unturned expect for a couple of things he was not allowed to touch due to the negligence of the home owner not providing access.

He provided a very detailed report with photos for all parties involved. I will with no question use him in the future.

P.S. Andre provides complimentary snacks and drinks while you are waiting, I found that very kind of him.

I would recommend Sherwood Inspection Services over and over again. Sherwood inspection services made the whole process easy from scheduling the appointment to getting us the appointment and report in a timely manners. We went into the inspection knowing nothing about houses and what to expect. Both of our inspectors made us feel comfortable. They were both very knowledgeable on failed foundation issues. They were able to put technical terms into easy to understand layman language. There were cracks in the foundation and he was able to teach me the difference between settling cracks and mapping cracks. Through using a special solution, he was able to show us cracks that we wouldn't be able to see with the naked eyes. This helped us decide to do a core sample. Andre was thorough and explained what he was inpecting and why. He pointed out any issues he found and what should be done to correct them. He inspected the house in the afternoon, and I had my report that same evening! I highly recommend SIS.

Andre did an exceptional job with our home inspection today, he was very informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Andre was a great inspector...went above and beyond when the water wouldn't shut off in the home he inspected...was able to secure the home and prevent major disaster. He pointed out any defects with the home but also pointed out aspects of the home that are especially nice in terms of mechanicals. Thanks for your hard work on this 100 degree day!
