SIS has very knowledgeable inspectors. Chris went through everything for a little more than four hours. He explained all the details as he went through the house. I really admire his patience as I am sure some of my questions were pretty basic (I am not handy and this will be my first house). I will definitively hire SIS services again.

Andre with Sherwood was thorough with his inspection, detailed with his analysis and made clear distinctions between issues of genuine concern, issues that simply needed updating, and problems that were more cosmetic than concerning. His answers to my questions were detailed and came off as confident and based on knowledge and experience. Andre was clear on addressing details that were not in the scope of the inspection or could not be analyzed, and offered suggestions on how to follow up on these issues. The report I received in writing was very thorough and included everything we discussed in person. My experience with Sherwood was very professional and I appreciate the service I received.
