Roger was a very pleasant and thorough inspector. Everything was explained so that all understood fully. This inspection and Roger is a very good employee and made the inspection not such a daunting experience. Will be recommended!

We chose SIS to perform an inspection of a house we were preparing to purchase at the recommendation of our real estate agent. Andre was the representative who conducted the inspection and the overall experience was excellent. Andre was professional, very thorough and took extra time to answer our 101 questions. I purposefully waited a couple of months from the date of the inspection before writing this review as I feel it is important to see if any issues came up that could have been identified during the inspection. There have not been any issues that were not mentioned by Andre in his inspection report and he pointed out several items that we would not have otherwise known about. Andre's report gave us the information we needed to make the appropriate offer based on the condition of the house. I would highly recommend SIS to anyone needing high quality home inspection services....

So my wife and I met him at the house we are interested in buying and he was on time and very friendly and respectful. He went out of his way to show me everything he did and what it meant in our buying process. He found a few issues and then found Mold. Being a Safety issue he didn't joke around and explained on why doing a few tests will insure that our family is safe and has a piece of mind. If this house doesn't work out I will be using him again and recommend him to everyone. Best experience so far in the process.
