I have been utilizing Sherwood Inspection Services for two years now. As a Realtor I only work with the service providers that bring value and expertise to my clients. Sherwood inspected the home a family member was purchasing- they have a proven track record with me and my clients. Excellent company and their inspectors are top notch.

I am a first time home buyer so the whole process is a little intimidating, so I asked my Realtor if she had any recommendations and without a thought Andre Benard came up. So my wife and I met him at the house we are interested in buying and he was on time and very friendly and respectful. He went out of his way to show me everything he did and what it meant in our buying process. He found a few issues and then found Mold. Being a Safety issue he didn't joke around and explained on why doing a few tests will insure that our family is safe and has a piece of mind. If this house doesn't work out I will be using him again and recommend him to everyone. Best experience so far in the process.

Very prompt, professional service. Required a foundation inspection within a short timeframe. Sherwood inspection responded promptly, inspected within two days of request and provided findings report a few days later satisfying my home listing / sale requirements. Dave Sherwood was great to work with - knowledgeable, described what he was inspecting and explained in detail what he was looking for. Did not leave me guessing at any aspect of the inspection. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of home inspection.
