Right off the bat, the home inspector, Andre, arrived early and was already starting his exterior inspection when I arrived. He greeted me and was very thorough with what he was doing and what he was going to do for the home inspection. He was very professional and also explained all his findings with me. Everything he found that needed attention he went over with me, let me ask questions and gave me plenty to work with for solutions and what to expect down the road. He also answered my questions about the house that weren’t a part of his inspection, he really went above and beyond.

Andre is very patient and knowledgeable, felt as if he was teaching you, the way he went over everything he was looking for and all the tests he was performing. It was a great learning experience, especially since it’s a home I am buying!
