Chris was great and very thorough! Reading the reviews I expected to get a good inspection but didn’t expect it to be as thorough as it was! He checked EVERYTHING from top to bottom. He found a couple things that I didn’t notice before and definitely saved me some money by doing so. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an inspection!

It was a pleasure working with Andre Benard. He was truly a professional both in his technical skill and patience with my clients during the inspection of their potential new home. With twin 18 month olds, a small dog and 3 clients milling around, and running at times, he was always soft spoken and kind. Even when the agent (myself) called him by the wrong name a number of times he politely corrected me with a smile and continued his work. She went over all of the details and explained everything as we went through the process. She found some issues that i had not even noticed before, and ultimately i decided to pull the offer. So i was thankful i had such a knowledgeable person to help shape my decisions. I will use them again!

Buying a home is an intimidating process, and the inspection is one of the pieces that first time home buyers are especially nervous for. He immediately eased our nerves while he educated us on our new home. He was equal parts professional as he was comforting, and we left the inspection feeling informed of what was ahead. He went out of his way to work with our schedule on a Friday before a holiday weekend, brought snacks and water and we received our report promptly.
