I had a great experience with Andre Bernard who completed my home inspection. Andre explained everything! He was thorough, gave me the rundown on what he found during every step of the inspection, he also left his card and told me to contact him if I had further concerns. I was given an SIS folder with the logo"We Do More Than Inspect, We Educate" and as an educator myself, they did just that for me.

Sherwood Inspection Services was awesome. The inspector was prompt and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough. I was e-mailed the report the same day, it was easy to read and included pictures. I would recommend them to all my friends.

My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, so you can imagine the stress we have coming into our inspection. Sherwood’s services are amazing, with so many extra perks and free services we weren’t even expecting! Our inspector was Andre, who was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough, answered questions and checked through every nook and cranny of our potential home, even the crawl space! He explained the things he saw so I can have a better understanding of what I could be facing in the future, and gave me an overall experience I would never forget! Roger, the inspector was wonderful. He introduced himself and told me exactly what to expect from the inspection. He informed me all along the way as to what he was doing, why he was doing it and the results in terms that were easy to understand. He took the time to explain what certain things in the home were that weren't readily apparent to a layperson. Roger was extremely personable, professional and thorough. We recently used Sherwood Inspection Services, LLC and had Jeremy Geller as our Home Inspector. Jeremy took his time and walked us through all of the items he thought were necessary to point out. Right off the bat, the home inspector, Andre, arrived early and was already starting his exterior inspection when I arrived. He greeted me and was very thorough with what he was doing and what he was going to do for the home inspection. He was very professional and also explained all his findings with me. Everything he found that needed attention he went over with me, let me ask questions and gave me plenty to work with for solutions and what to expect down the road. He also answered my questions about the house that weren’t a part of his inspection, he really went above and beyond.

Andre is very patient and knowledgeable, felt as if he was teaching you, the way he went over everything he was looking for and all the tests he was performing. It was a great learning experience, especially since it’s a home I am buying!
