Our inspector Jeremy provided excellent service as well as a thorough examination and explanation of issues with our potential home. There was not any pressure to pay for additional specialty inspections and we received the inspection report within 24 hours.

Sherwood Inspection Services came recommended to me from my agent Lisa. I had the pleasure of dealing with James Piro. James showed up on time and could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable, or professional.

James took the time to walk me around both the interior and exterior of the house, explaining certain features of the home, explaining what and why he was inspecting certain things, and thoroughly inspecting my entire home top to bottom, inside and out.

He went over his findings in detail, so that I wouldn’t be surprised or confused when receiving his inspection report. He took the time to answer all of my questions, which as a first time homebuyer, helped put my mind at ease.

The inspector Roger was early and very thorough with explaining everything. He spent 2 hours checking the house from top to bottom and explained everything, answering all questions. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Then he told me when the report would be ready and explained any expected delays for information concerning testing etc. Overall excellent and I would recommend him. The company is great to deal with too - very easy to schedule.

Andre, did an excellent inspection of my home. The appointment was set for 9am and he was there before I got there which is amazing, that by itself told a lot about his character and I was right .He was very punctual. He answered all my questions that during the inspection, he is very knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. He was dress professionally he was very courteous and respectful and professional. As a military veteran I was very impressed by Andre and I don't say that very often about people I meet. I would recommend Andre to anyone who needs a home inspection.
