Sherwood Inspection Services, LLC

Jeremy and Paul were completely professional, helpful, and valuable. They went above and beyond in the little things that really make a excellent service, even down to providing snacks! The inspection was thorough while still being realistic and understanding of the home's age. They explained things in as much detail as we wished without being overly technical or overwhelming. They took extra time with us Southerners making sure we understood the home's various heating systems and cold weather maintenance. We received the report first thing the next morning and it was crystal clear. Thank you to Sherwood Inspection! I would recommend them to anyone.

My inspector was Marc and he was GREAT! He explained everything from beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He definitely made this process one of ease. He was very friendly, and professional. I highly recommend SIS and MARC.

Chris and Paul were waiting for us when we arrived. Throughout the inspection process they were professional, friendly and very thorough. We sincerely appreciated their attention to detail as they went through the house. We do not live in Connecticut and are not familiar with local home construction. We were confident in their skills and greatly appreciated their service. Thank you SIS!

I would highly recommend Sherwood Inspection Services. Our inspector Chris was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process he would utilize to inspect the house and then as the inspection proceeded he informed me of any issues he discovered and also answered all of my questions. We received the first report within hours. Very professional, great customer service, and they bring snacks!

Kyle and Paul did a thorough job. They were very knowledgeable about every area of the home, inspecting everything inside and out. After each area they informed me of potential problems and items in need of repair or upgrade. I feel extremely confident about the state of the home I am purchasing because of these reliable professionals.

Great source of information. Jeremy was very thorough. Good experience.

James was cheerful, thorough, and answered all our questions - showed me some things I didn't even think to ask. He was positive in what could have been a stressful situation. I will recommend him - and SIS - to friends & family.

Inspector James Piro was courteous and very thorough in the home inspection. His report was detailed and complete. I found Sherwood Inspection service to be of good value and quality.

I thought Kyle was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Spent time explaining his findings and pointing out how to fix some of the cosmetic and gutter redirections.

I highly recommend using this service

Once again, glad to have Chris Benney inspect the 2nd house and explain all the particulars about the various systems throughout. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks!

Kyle was my inspector. He was early to the appointment, met my Realtor first and was already doing his job when I arrived. He promptly came up to me and introduced himself. He said I could walk through with him, ask questions and/or take notes. Also that notes weren't neccessary because everything would be in his report.
His knowledge, attention to detail and diligence was impressive. He even took a minute to set up water and snacks while we waited, nice touch.
Kyle's attention to detail saved me time and money in NOT making this home purchase.
Safety in the home inspection was a high priority that was shown during this very efficient inspection.
I WILL BE using Kyle in my future inspections in my search for a home purchase.
Thank you Kyle and Sherwood Inspection Services. A job and well done.
