My inspector was Marc and he was GREAT! He explained everything from beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He definitely made this process one of ease. He was very friendly, and professional. I highly recommend SIS and MARC.

Kyle was my inspector. He was early to the appointment, met my Realtor first and was already doing his job when I arrived. He promptly came up to me and introduced himself. He said I could walk through with him, ask questions and/or take notes. Also that notes weren't neccessary because everything would be in his report.
His knowledge, attention to detail and diligence was impressive. He even took a minute to set up water and snacks while we waited, nice touch.
Kyle's attention to detail saved me time and money in NOT making this home purchase.
Safety in the home inspection was a high priority that was shown during this very efficient inspection.
I WILL BE using Kyle in my future inspections in my search for a home purchase.
