They did not leave out even a single thing including the type of nails that are used in construction! Michelle and Carl were a superior team and treated us like family. My Inspector Dwight was promopt, professional and engaging! The condo Unit he inspected will be turning 125 years old this upcoming year, and as such posses a number of challenges and obstacles when attempting to provide a micro inspection of the home, due to its sheer age and compounded updates, prior repairs and required upgrades to modernize the unit! I was impressed by Dwights determination to sort out the nuances of the condo, and its numerous intricacies! My only negative has to do with SIS, and the fact that they assured me when scheduling the inspection that they would inspect the roof via a drone, which they failed to do, and then offered to protvide the service at an additional cost of $150!
