Very friendly and professional. I cant remember what the black guys name was but keep him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has the it factor. I would say maybe 1 or 2 % of people have that. Probably the best experience I've had with any inspector in the past. The other guy was great too but I didnt interact with him much. ps. I'm a conservative and I'm not praising him because of the color of his skin but I didnt know how else to differentiate. Great experience!!
