I can't say enough about Sherwood Inspection Services. Their ferm is really kind, courteous and professional. From the office staff to the service technician that came out to inspect my septic system. The office staff was very understanding with my situation and promptly scheduled me with a technician within a couple days. The inspector that came out was right on time. He was also very thorough and explained everything to me as he went through my septic system and leaching field.
Before this inspection I thought I was going to have to replace the whole septic system. I was relieved to find out that I only needed to replace a couple of things to get my system running more efficient.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Michelle G. From the moment we entered our soon to be home, we were greeted with unexpected hospitality in the form of snacks, water, and even a little floor mat to wipe our shoes. Michelle was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She really took her time showing us every nook and cranny of our home, and teaching us everything we might need to know about taking care of it in the future. She was very thorough with her report and with her recommendations, and on a person level, was a pleasure to learn from. We would recommend her 10/10.

Michelle with SIS did an inspection for my buyers on their home purchase (I'm a Realtor) and she was such a pleasure. She arrived with her own SIS branded door mat to wipe her feet before entering the home and put out an array of snacks and water. She was extremely thorough and explained everything to my buyers and I in detail along with providing tips for things to look for and be aware of. I feel confident that any one of my buyer clients are in excellent hands and look forward to working with her again.
