JAY was excellent he was there 1 hour ahead of time taking photos and inspecting the house. He was extremely insightful on everything. His knowledge was far beyond what anyone could expect. His report was super accurate where you can understand and read what was going on. I highly recommend using Jay in the future and definitely will hire him again for future
inspections.

Mr. Dwight was punctual and demonstrated a level of professionalism that immediately lowers my anxiety. He was aware of my time as I had my 8 month old daughter with me.
