My Inspector Erik P. did a great job on the inspection of the house. He was very thorough with the in person inspection with first going through the exterior of the building before moving to the inside and doing a top down approach. Throughout the inspection he offered his insight on what he was observing and what would be needed to resolve the problems or any maintenance that would be needed. Erik stayed for additional time to ensure that the inspection was completed and thorough as well as ensuring that all of my questions were answered. Less than 24 hours after the inspection Eric had the written inspection over to me with immense details resulting in the report being over 50 pages! The major points of the inspection were summarized in the first few pages and were cited to the later sections of the article for better details. JAY was excellent he was there 1 hour ahead of time taking photos and inspecting the house. He was extremely insightful on everything. His knowledge was far beyond what anyone could expect. His report was super accurate where you can understand and read what was going on. I highly recommend using Jay in the future and definitely will hire him again for future
inspections.
