Erik Padilla was incredibly thorough and attentive to detail, taking the time to explain every finding in the inspection report with clear photos, which allowed us to confidently negotiate repairs with the seller based on their expertise and knowledge of the property.

We were very impressed with Erik Padilla knowledge of various systems in our home, and the report was so detailed that we felt completely prepared to address any potential issues.

Michelle was our Inspector and did an absolutely fantastic job.

She was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about all things home-improvement, general costs for repair and the standard of what’s an immediate fix and what is more of a long-term fix.

I highly recommend this company, the inspection report was delivered quickly and the customer service was fantastic from setting up the inspection to our follow up call where they checked in and made sure we were satisfied.

Todd Disston was very thorough with his explanations . He spent time to answer our questions so we could understand. He showed us first hand when he identified a potential problem . He took us to the area he inspected and detailed the item issues and recommended.His history in home building gave us confidence. He offered to let us get back to him with further questions as needed.

Michelle was outstanding from start to finish! She was very focused on prioritizing me as the client, while also being respectful to the current owner. She has a well-oiled and professional routine that even included a SIS doormat to wipe her feet and complimentary ice cold water and snacks! Michelle explained every step of the process, shared a summary at the end, and produced a thorough report of findings by the next morning. I highly, highly recommend!

Michelle our inspector is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever meet, and not just through a professional sense, but in general. She was thorough, knowledgeable, patience as can be with all my questions/concerns, and helpful beyond belief!
Our inspection was just done about a week ago and the report was laid out in an understand way with lots of pictures. All reports came back in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with Michelle’s service. I would hire her again in a heart beat!! 5 plus stars if I could and I have never said that about anyone in a review before.

Todd and Ian were incredibly professional and clear throughout the whole process. Todd walked us through every corner of the house and answered every question, big or small, with patience and warmth. Also, Sherwood offered a very competitive rate that was well below other companies in the area.

The inspection that was done by SIS was thorough and very educational. The way the home inspection report given was written in a very clear and easy to understand manner. Would definitely recommend!

Carl was amazing and very informative. He has an amazing reserved demeanor but direct with extensive knowledge making sure you understand all the components in the home and what exact steps need to be done to secure your purchase in the now and future. I am a first time home buyer an Carl eased my nerves with how knowledgeable he was and the patients to make sure I understood everything he addressed even giving me a mini verbal quiz at the end to make sure I understood the main focal points. Once my report was sent to me I emailed him with a question and Carl responded right away. I appreciated the quick response with Carl as he once again educating me and eased my mind.
