We hired Sherwood inspection services for an inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. Michelle Goodrich completed the inspection for us. She was extremely thorough, professional and walked us through the whole process. She was knowledgeable and made us feel like no question was a wrong question. The inspector discovered an array of important issues with the house we wanted to buy. Some were more minor, but one was not. We were able to weigh the risks and make an informed decision that ultimately led us to terminate the buying agreement. We are back to looking for a house.
