First, I’ll note that they were the only roofing repair company answering their phones on a stormy Friday night. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday for a roof leak, and the gentleman was here on time. I showed him what I found, and he saw small details that I missed. Nevertheless, it was what I thought; I received an estimate, and we scheduled a date to do the actual repairs. Again, they were on time, did the job and were on their way. I didn’t get other quotes, so I can’t speak to whether their charges were on the high or low side. (When your roof is leaking, it’s hard to get lots of estimates when you need it to stop.)
