Responsiveness and service was really good. Servepro was able to mobilize drying equipment very quickly to help minimize the damage from a water pipe break. Their team came by frequently to make moisture measurements to let my insurance company know exactly what needed to be remediated.

I called Servpro because the tenants in our rental property reported what they thought was mold in the lower level of the house. Servpro quickly set up an appointment, showed up on time and gave us an evaluation of the situation. They gave me an honest appraisal of what was going on, explained exactly what they would do and gave me a detailed estimate. When it turned out that there was no mold, they notified me immediately, packed up and left and adjusted their bill accordingly. I was able to reach my Servpro representative, Ivan Ramirez, at every stage of the project and he as alway helpful and responsive!
