My property has nails in the drive way. Like over 100 nails. I’ve gotten two flat tires and I’ve lived at the scudo property for 1 month. I know these flats were from the driveway because I took a magnet to parts of the driveway and found the same nails in my tire that I found in the driveway.


I also know the house was recently renovated and I know the construction company leaves their waste because when I moved in there was construction waste all over the back yard and basement.

Super unprofessional.

It’s my second month renting from SCUDO. The AC was recently fixed in the house but after 3 days of running nonstop it is still 80degrees. My bedroom upstairs is uninhabitable, it’s +90degrees up there. I have called, emailed, filled out maintenance requests for last 3 days and still nobody has shown up or followed up. I have resorted to writing reviews about this experience hoping they do something. It’s that bad. Pretty ridiculous to charge $1075/month and not be able to sleep in your own bed, not to mention every day that goes by my electric bill is going thru the roof, which I explained today, but they don’t seem to care. I've rented with SCUDO for a year and they are the most noninvasive rental company I've worked with. To this day, we haven't met anyone from the office in person. Everything is digital and so easy for my fiance and me. We can hang pictures, our house came with a beautiful garden, and everyone I've worked with has been so friendly. Maintenance requests are quickly fixed and SCUDO has some great benefits for residents. Read more >

Terrible move in and terrible customer service dealing with the move in. There wasoldy dog poop in the garage and the home was not cleaned. I didnt get help until 3 days later and am still waiting on vital work orders to be done. This has been beyond frustrating and stressful. I would love to hear back from corporate and get some real action on the many issues we are still living with. Read more >

We moved out months ago and bought a house on our own and everything was canceled beforehand yet scudo has called me twice and left voicemails for things that make no sense or are no longer my responsibility. We took care of our stuff when we moved. We canceled EVERYTHING. We also got our deposit back and yet they try to charge my husbands credit card two months later for a “deposit.” which we never gave them permission and we never gave them his credit card info. Thankfully it has been blocked through the bank as FRAUD. You have attempted to call me twice something about internet which has been canceled and is no longer my problem. Stop calling me, all numbers have been blocked and any charges you attempt will be marked as fraud. We have absolutely no reason to be dealing with you anymore. Read more >

Started off as a pleasant and smooth process. Had issues with utility assist company (citizen) not having my utilities set up on move in day AND finding out the apartment was not professionally cleaned after it was "inspected". Made move in day more stressful. Read more >
