Marisela (Scudo Agent) is VERY responsive, understanding, and professional. She provided better than exceptional customer service to us from start to finish. We had an issue with the carpet when we moved in, and she handled ASAP! Marisela advocated for us -the tenant- while keeping the home owners best interest in mind as well. What a tight walk to balance, but she did it beautifully and respectfully. I can't say enough GREAT things about her! Additionally, I loved the Citizen bill service offered by Scudo. It was free for us to use and made our relocation SO. MUCH. EASIER. I highly recommend you utilize this service if you are looking to sign with a SCUDO property.
