It’s my second month renting from SCUDO. The AC was recently fixed in the house but after 3 days of running nonstop it is still 80degrees. My bedroom upstairs is uninhabitable, it’s +90degrees up there. I have called, emailed, filled out maintenance requests for last 3 days and still nobody has shown up or followed up. I have resorted to writing reviews about this experience hoping they do something. It’s that bad. Pretty ridiculous to charge $1075/month and not be able to sleep in your own bed, not to mention every day that goes by my electric bill is going thru the roof, which I explained today, but they don’t seem to care. I’d definitely think twice about renting from them. So far, my experience with them has been a nightmare.
