Ray was very helpful in helping me find my first new home. He was always quick to answer my calls/emails/texts and always made time to show houses. He helped teach me a bit about the buying process and all the things I needed to know about purchasing my first home. He is also very personable and had great references for other things I needed when buying my first home.

He was very well educated in the market and area I was looking and always was easy to get a hold of when I wanted to see a property or had any questions regarding homes. He worked with me for almost a year trying to find the perfect house for me. Really appreciate his hard work and dedication in his business!

I worked with Ray for a little over 8 months until I was finally ready to purchase a condo in Kansas City. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and very patient while I made my decision. Ray's customer service was excellent and he always made himself available whenever I needed some guidance. He was quick to schedule showings for me and was very accommodating, as I was not originally from the KC area. He made sure to follow-up after every step and was a great resource during the closing process. Ray continued to follow up after the closing date as well. I had a great experience with Scudo Realty and would recommend this company to anyone in search of a new home; I know I plan to use Scudo Realty again in the future!
