Save My Roof

I appreciated being listened to when describing the evolution of the roofing / shingle problem. As things were being taken care of, I also appreciated having the guys describe what they were seeing upfront, what they were doing to correct the problem, and what I should expect after the repair. I have a steeply pitched roof and I am grateful that the guys come out and get onto the roof. The guys also know their products & understand how shingle colors may appear different when viewed up close versus up on the roof. I also like that the guys take questions and do their best to provide answers based on their experience. Though I’ve not yet seen the images, drone footage was taken of the roof - a valuable tool in assessing the condition of the roof, also identifying potential future problems that may require attention. OTHER local roofing contractors I’ve contacted have responded by not wanting to go onto the roof; treating my questions with some level of suspicion, and ultimately deciding they didn’t want the job. I don’t know if I may have been able to find a less expensive repair option; however, I trust these guys and they do good work. Money well spent.
