This is a family owned and operated business. You’re not dealing with an eighteen year old working part time for beer money. I found them very responsive, kept their promises to show up and perform agreed upon tasks, conscientious in their work, and great communicators. I knew what they were doing and why. Scheduling was easy and emails/text updates with the office kept me in the loop. Over all, I am pleased with their work and their honest, down to earth manner. I can speak to everything up to and including the treatment itself, but not (yet) the results of the treatment. If, however, the results are as good as everything else so far, it will be great. I viewed the website which explains the service and what to expect. I made an appointment to determine if our roof qualified. The guys who came were knowledgeable and professional, and explained the process. We scheduled a visit to treat the roof. Two guys came who were also knowledgeable and professional, explained the process again, and answered all my questions. Communications during the process were plentiful. They emailed and texted details and status throughout the process including alerting us about an hour prior to their arrival. Great folks to deal with! Read more >

They came here at our request. Same day within an hour, gave us a quote, printout with arial pictures. They have a Veteran discount. They came here according to our schedule and finished in 1 day. Very pleased. ASK ME in 6 months, 1 year and 3 year.

My roof is 22 years old and I was being pushed by my insurance company to replace it or face higher premiums and the risk of substantial damage from water intrusion. I called several roofing companies and got quotes ranging from $38,000 to $45,000 for a new roof. But Save My Roof, LLC came out and, based on their inspection, told me that my roof could be restored using a coating process instead of new shingles.

My roof was very complicated structurally and I also have solar panels, but these guys came in and got the job done for substantially less than shingle replacement. The roof looks great, they completely cleaned up everything before they left, and I won't have to worry about my roof for a very long time.

Save My Roof was an interesting experience. Nice people - no BS - used drones to photograph entire roof that clearly showed problem areas. Quoted the job immediately. Kept me informed from start to finish. Arrived on time with more than enough equipment to to the job - were courteous and professional. Can't say enough good about Save My Roof.
