Adam showed up on time to do a site visit and inspect the windows. The company was then very quick to email a very reasonable quote which I agreed to and then I received a call from Haley from their office to schedule. All of that was quick and easy and they were all friendly and professional.
Josh did a great job on the windows. My windows are so clean! I thought for a second he must have removed the glass! He was very thorough and I am very happy. I highly recommend Sapphire for window cleaning! I'm sitting here inside enjoying the view out there... the world now looks brighter!

Our windows were so dirty from rain, from sprinklers/splashy dirt, and an infernal bird that has crashed our south windows over and over every morning for the last 2 months! I want to specifically recognize Alton, a field employee with Sapphire Window Cleaning, because he is exactly what you hope for when you need strong customer service.

Due to freezing temperatures, power washing in our parking lot had to stop unexpectedly, which left ice patches on the ground and resulted in extremely dirty windows near our entrance the next morning. I called to report the issue, and Alton was promptly sent out.

He immediately communicated what needed to be done, let me know he had to get additional salt to safely melt the ice, and proactively told me he would take care of all the windows as well. Throughout the situation, Alton remained calm, professional, and solution-focused. He never became defensive, he genuinely just wanted to do the right thing for the customer.
