I give these guys 5. From beginning to end - from scheduling a free quote online they were here the next day. A quote sent to you that night, accept it and then someone calls to schedule. From there they come out and the magic happens- crystal clear windows - the guys who came out are so respectful , professional and just nice!! Asking me if everything looks okay in no rush at all. They do their best. What a great company. Glad my brother and sister in law referred me. Definitely gonna use them on a regular basis.

Sapphire has cleaned our home windows for a few years now. The staff is always so friendly and thorough, we have some windows more than 17' tall. They are always spotless after a Sapphire visit.

We recently contracted with Sapphire Window Cleaning and we couldn’t be more pleased. We live in a 100 year old house with 58 double hung, divided pane windows with storms windows and screens. Every team member at Sapphire was friendly, professional, and considerate. We have dogs that needed to be let out during the day and the team members were mindful to keep our gate shut. Our windows look fantastic and the Sapphire estimate and invoice was about 1/3 of that of one of the competitors from whom I had another bid. We will absolutely hire Sapphire again.

Sapphire Window Cleaning performed a soft wash cleaning of the exterior of my home. It was excellent! Of course webs, insect nests, dirt and grime were removed. In addition they cleaned three stains on my stucco exterior walls. Two of these I consider removed. The third was a particularly bad stain that I had little hope any significant reduction would occur. They greatly exceeded my expectations! The 3rd and largest stain was reduced to the point of only being lightly visible and not really noticeable! I am thrilled! They will be coming again to clean my exterior windows and glass sunroom. I heartily recommend this service!
