We spent two nights there on our trip home to Texas from Florida in our RV (after cutting our Disney World vacation short to flee incoming Hurricane Milton). We had booked it last-minute for one night, but when we arrived and saw how great the campground was, we asked for and received an extension for a second night. We stayed in the Field with our 42-foot fifth wheel and had easy access and plenty of room. Full hookups (conveniently located) and a fire pit at the site, a nice little camp store, and excellent service from the very friendly hosts. A beautiful setting, and a very quiet, restful location, near enough to Vicksburg to go see some of the sights, with the campground’s peaceful surroundings just what we needed after a stressful evacuation from Florida.
