Askew’s Landing RV Campground

Gr8 place. We had a time sensitive agenda and would have stayed longer if possible.

What a beautiful place! Super friendly people working here, super responsive to any issues (I had a false-alarm situation). LOTS of things to do! Fishing, kayaking, there's a pool, playground, and views for days! The bath house is well-kept and clean. Can't go wrong staying here!

Nice stop on the way home from our month long trip. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were very nice. Definitely will consider it in the future.

This was a very nice campground with more than plenty of space at each site. I was a bit surprised by the road going to the park entrance, a fairly narrow, twisty two lane road a couple of miles in. There appeared to be some nice amenities, dog park (no pets), kids playground ( no kids), and a small lake. I was only there overnight, so didn't take advantage of the amenities, but they are there for those who stay longer.

Beautiful RV park well and maintained Pool , dog park , play area for kids. If you’re looking for all cement pads without shade don’t stay here. This is right beside I 20.
The owners were really nice and accommodating Working hard to improve past neglect and doing a really good job.

It may have been because of the holiday weekend but they had a food truck and music at night. Even with that we heard no noise. Very quiet.

10/10 recommend!! We drove here from Texas meeting family from Carolina and all of us loved it! Kids had a blast and so did we! So much to do and beautiful views!!

Found this awesome spot through the Harvest Host app and omg what a hidden gem! I was greeted right at the office and shown to my RV spot. The spot was nice and level, which I love because leveling is the bane of my existence.
The atmosphere here is so nice! Everyone is so friendly and warm.
The pool, the dog park and other amenities were all close by and well taken care of. There was even live music and a food truck! I spent the night recharging before heading onwards on my trip and my dogs had a blast getting to run around the huge dog park area they have.
Will definitely be a repeat visitor!

This is a hidden gem of Mississippi! Easy to get to off highway. So peaceful and quiet! Multiple types of rv sites. We were in the “field” which is grass and was great. Wonderful dog parks. Lake had geese and other birds. Easy to get to Clinton in about 20 mins. for stores and gas.

We had a very nice stay at Askew's Landing. The facilities and grounds are very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again when in the area.

We wanted to find a nice place to camp out fish, called and spoke with Charolette who we also met on property she was great, super nice and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, will be coming back absolutely great experience, highly recommend.

We stayed several months at Askews in June and July of 2025. The entire staff was so helpful beginning with our initial phone contact to make the reservation with Charlotte and continuing with all the staff throughout our stay. We had multiple contacts due to our receiving many Amazon orders and every time we were treated with courtesy and kindness extending to helping deliver several of the heavier packages with the park carts directly to our site.
The park was kept clean and all the amenities were functioning correctly. The campground has park like grounds and the lake and pods are truly beautiful at dusk and dawn. We took daily walks down the entry/exit lane and enjoyed the scenery including the horse pastures.
The camping fees were very reasonable and the campsites were large enough. We have a very long 5th wheel with side and back patios and were able to fit...

This is a really cool little campground, so much more than I expected. The sites are mostly on grass, but they have everything you need. It’s a beautiful property.

Take two! This was our second summer to return to Askews Landing and it has only gotten better!
This truly is “the best kept secret in Mississippi “.
Quiet, family friendly, peaceful and clean.
Reminded me of camping when I was a kid and my parents could let me go to the camp store with change, alone and get ice cream without fear of something awful happening.
There are two fenced dog parks, a place to play basketball, a pool and good people.
I’ll be back here for sure.

I almost hate to give this place
5 stars. That way I can keep this hidden gem to myself. My kids and I found Askew’s Landing and Sandy after being stuck on the parking lot they call I 20 for close to 3 hours. This place is amazing. After meeting Sandy ever after the office was closed she helped us to our spot right by the good size pond/lake. The swimming pool was not big but big enough for the kiddos and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was quiet all but the occasional duck quack or goose (well whatever geese do). We made a small fire then climbed into our overlander for the night. For travelers on a budget it was pretty close to perfect. We will be back.

Very pretty campground it's a hidden gem! Charlotte and Sandy in the office were very helpful and friendly!! Beautiful views and a clean pool. I would definitely recommend that you you make this stop!

We enjoyed our one night stay as we were passing through Mississippi. The atmosphere is peaceful and the amenities were clean. Although our stay was brief we felt welcomed and enjoyed the duck and goose friends. Thank you so much for accommodating us.

Wonderful Park with an excellent staff. Bathrooms are clean. Pool was nice. It truly is a hidden gem. Would stay again if we come through.

One night stay. Beautiful park, well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. One minor thing - the trees on Askew Ferry Road before you reach the park could use some trimming. We couldn’t avoid some branches.
