I saw a Facebook post from Jeremy awhile back saying he was looking to buy a fixer upper style house, so I thought I’d give it a shot. You never really know what to expect with stuff like that but I thought what could it hurt. To my surprise, Jeremy was a really nice and honest guy. He gave me a few options that I didn’t even think of to help me sell my house. In less than a month he bought my house and really helped me out. Excellent experience dealing with him.

Thank goodness for Jeremy and his team! I kept getting calls and text from people all over the place. One guy was in New York, another in Texas. They were trying to give me an offer on my house without even looking at it. Ummm no thanks! I looked up local house buyers and Ruston Capital by far had the most reviews (and deservingly so). Jeremy was completely upfront and honest. He told me about a few options I didn’t even know existed. I am camera shy so I didn’t get a photo with him at our closing, but I’m so glad I filled out my information on his website (in which he called me personally within an hour or so). Honest and Caring. These are only a just few words I can think of when describing my encounter with Jeremy. So first off let me tell you, this guy and his company are legit. To be honest, I reached out to a few other of these Other “we buy houses” guys first. I saw a few FB ads and took a shot with them. Not only did they not give me an offer, once they saw how bad my situation was they never even contacted me back. What a waste of time!! But then I was referred to Jeremy and it was a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who took the time to explain to me all of my options. Did he offer me the highest price?? No! Was he honest and forth coming? Absolutely!! I sold him my property and we closed in less than 3 weeks. He even allowed me to stay in the house a week after closing!! Jeremy is legit.
