He was very kind and understanding of our circumstances and made us feel at ease every step of the way. We needed to know we sold our home before we could secure our new residence and had a limited time to do that. We did not like the idea of having several people walking through viewing our home while we were still living there and not knowing how long it would stay on the market until it sold. We needed certainty of the sell, before we could commit to our new residence. Jeremy met with us in our home, looked around and gave us a fair offer. He took care of the closing costs, which was a blessing and the closing was quick and easy!!
