To be honest I was not very happy with the first hearing aid I purchased from you in 2013 or 2014 at your Avon Office. That one didn't never fit properly and no-one listened to what I had to say, each time I went it was a different audiologist and I wasn't going to bother getting another, because I pretty much quit using the first one. But since you opened Sheffield and I met Nikki Sharp --WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Nikki listens and explains what I need to know and do. Even so, I was still very leery of getting a new hearing aid, but I am SO GLAD I did. This one fits and works SO MUCH better than the last one!
