KAWARTHA LAKES REAL ESTATE TEAM THE JANCSIKS , ROYAL HERITAGE REALTY LTD

I have worked with Mike Jancsik for a year, in the search of a certain home I had in mind. Mike was very professional and always available when I needed him. He never lost patience as we looked at several homes together , but i just couldn’t find that specific one I was looking for.

This was going to be my first home purchase on my own, so I would ask Mike for guidance in certain areas and he was always honest and extremely helpful. When Mike was tied up with other clients, he would arrange for me to meet with Walter Jancsik. They were both wonderful to work with.

I am happy to say after a long year, we did find the house for me. A big THANK YOU, to Team Jancsik for making this possible for me. You will continue to have my future business and I would and will highly recommend your services to anyone. Thank you !!!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Made buying my first house easy and stress free!!

I met Walter in 1999 and have been pleased with the service he has provided on three occasions . Speaking as a buyer and a seller , I have found Walter to have a great way of reading people, sensing my preferences when sometimes I haven't been able to find what I am looking for and providing professional advice , always in a most courteous manner . Michael is so much like his father !!!! I can't say enough praise for this pair . I will continue to call on TEAM JANCSIKS ... Thanks so much for being there for me when times have been tough too !

My husband and I had a great experience with Mike. It was also a very nice service to have a trailer to help us move all of our belongings to our new home. Very good experience over all!

Thank you both for all your friendly service. You both were helpful and prompt getting back to us on all matters. You even answered questions quickly after the sale was final to iron out a couple of kinks. Great Father and Son Team🏡

I had the pleasure of buying my house from The Jancsiks. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them!!!

Great job Team Jancsik on the sale of our house and finding us a new place to call home.

We interviewed a number of agents in the Kawartha lakes area and the Jancsiks were very professional and had the latest technology to promote our property to the fullest. We were very pleased with their all their efforts and knowledge of real estate in the area and what may appeal to GTA clients. Thank you Walter and Michael for a great job on selling our property.

Huge thank you to the Jancsik's for all their help and patience with helping us find our new home sweet home. They made the sale of our last house a quick and painless process and were always very quick to respond to phone calls, questions & concerns. With their extensive knowledge of the area they were able to find us a great spot for our family. Anything we needed, they were there and really went above and beyond for us! We are very thankful to have had your support through this chapter of our lives and also to be able to call you great friends of the family. Thanks again Michael and Walter!!

Very happy with my quick sake & great service. Thanks Walter

Michael and Walter Jancsik I appreciate your outstanding knowledge, attention to detail,
hard work ethics and collaborative services as Realtors. You were always available to answer any questions or concerns from the day my home was put on the market. All the advertisements and your professional approach never went unnoticed. I can't thank you enough and will certainly pass on your services to many!
Team Jancsik all the way !!

Hello Walter,
We can't believe it's been a year since our offer for Dormer Road was accepted. Just wanted to send a Big Thank-You once again for all you did for us last year. We LOVE our house and are really enjoying it.
