Working with Michael and Walter Jancsik was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. They scheduled Open Houses every 2 weeks until my house sold and would give me timely updates after any showings. During this process if there was anything that needed to be done they knew who to contact to get it done which solidified why having a local realtor makes things easier let alone having them live in the area.
