Mr. Paul Rowe performed an appraisal of our property and we were absolutely positively impressed with his work. What we expected to be a long and unpleasant experience turned to be exactly the opposite. Mr. Rowe was on time, used hardware and software and electronic measurement device and was in and out in a very short time. Although I was told to expect the report in about three days, Mr. Rowe delivered the appraisal report the next day. Very professional, accurate and efficient. Using Paul Rowe as our appraiser was the best decision we made. Selling a home is already a stressful event, trying to ensure we don’t get taken advantage of only adds to it. We already had an interested buyer (our tenants) but they felt the home wasn't worth what we thought, so we thought is beset to hire an independent appraiser. I used Google to find the best person available and found Paul. He missed my call, but called back within a few minutes and apologized for not answering. He took time to understand our situation and make us feel comfortable moving forward. Paul had to work through our Property Management company but made sure to send us daily updates on what was going on. After the inspection was complete he let us know when to expect the final report.
