Paul responded to my request for a real estate appraisal quickly. His charge was in line with other companies in the area. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He took pictures of the home and answered all of my questions. Paul explained the different types of appraisals and made sure we were on the same page about the type of appraisal I needed. It was a bonus that he lives in the same community so he was very knowledgeable about the area. He emailed the completed appraisal to me the following day. He also went over the appraisal via LogMeIn, so that I knew exactly how he arrived at his value. I don’t hesitate to recommend Paul & the Rowe Appraisal Group.

I found Rowe appraisal group on google. I saw a house on Saturday and it was everything I wanted, I had to have a quick turnaround time and needed someone ASAP to appraise the property. I called Paul on a Saturday late afternoon, most places are closed or no answer, well Paul answered. Not only did he answer but he was able to have someone come out on Monday to appraise the property! I was ecstatic things went very smooth !
