She had to coordinate the sale of our old home to purchase our new home. She juggled extra difficult factors to work a great deal for our family while easing as much stress as possible. To make sure her client was moved into her new how which was an Assisted Living comminity in Thousand Oaks area. Debbie - made sure her client moved into her new home with and without a team support . Debbie - helped in ways beyond a Realtpr normally goes. Debbie helped with making sure her client got to her appointments to secure her new home, made sure she was able to get to her doctor's appointments and follow up on the movers for client. These.are only a few things Debbie made sure was done for her client. Debbie Valentine cares about her clients beyond selling their home. This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities.
