My first experience with RiverWood Bank and banker, Paula Coil, reminded me of what a person's bank should represent: relationships around which the work is done. Paula was kind, skillful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and I felt assured that I would not have to ever relive a recent experience of 7 batches of fraudulent entries on my checking account at my past bank over a period of 12 days.
