Luckily on the day of my appointment I was home all day. My window washer was delayed 2 times but each time an office person called to give me an update. When the young man did show up I believe he was not my original person to clean. However I was delighted w him. He was polite, thorough and helpful in adjusting a light disturbed from previous washing. He really scrubbed at my outside windows and took great care. I highlybrecommend him.
