Excellent service and very efficient. They put me on their first available list for gutter cleaning and were out in a couple of hours.

This was a tricky project requiring hanging from the roof to wash exterior windows. Rigdon's safety team met with our safety team to develop an agreed safety protocol. Rigdon was great to work with and arrived on time and finished on schedule.

We just closed on our home and had the team come out to clean our HVAC ducts and dryer vent. The guys were awesome—professional, friendly, thorough, and incredibly helpful!

During the cleaning, they discovered that the Home Depot team that installed our dryer had not fully removed the tape or installed the vent correctly, which was causing an error code and could have become a safety concern. They identified the issue, explained what was happening, and made sure to get everything corrected and operating safely.

We’re so glad we decided to have the cleaning done, especially since it helped uncover an issue we otherwise may not have known about. Very thankful for the team’s attention to detail, professionalism, and focus on keeping our home safe. Highly recommend!

My dryer vent was clogged and I could not feel anything coming out from the outside vent. The guys at Rigdon were awesome and efficient. They showed me exactly where the clog in the vent was via camera and were able to get all of the clogged lint out. The difference now is night and day. Absolutely would call them again to get this done in the future.
