The people who answer the phone are friendly, knowledgeable, and ask questions to get me the help I need. The people who come to do the work are professional, courteous, willing to answer questions, and they do wonderful work.

The service was great - he was courteous and helpful- really appreciated his flexibility.

Rigdon is wonderful! Their employees are professional and easy to work with. I’ve had issues in the past with a different company that took razor blades to my tempered glass and scratched it all up. Rigdon does not use razor blades! My windows always look wonderful after they’re done. Highly recommend!

Cleaning wasn’t terrible but not as good as in the past. Called him back in to reclean one window. Have since found several more with minor streaks. Main problems around edges and corners. Some shows up when sunlight hits it. Am a little disappointed

The two young men that came to remove our storms today were very polite and efficient. They were scheduled to arrive earlier, but were delayed. Once here, though, they got right to work and did an excellent job.

Rigdon has cleaned my windows twice and I could not be happier with the results. From booking my appointment to the resulting sparkling windows is a seamless experience. I had Rigdon scheduled for window washing on March 7. RJ came out on time, and was friendly, and efficient. He did 25 windows in a liitle less than 1 hour. Rigdon provides good customer service.
