Rigdon Inc

RJ cleaned my windows and he was on time, checked with me before he started to be sure he knew what I wanted and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Rigdon for window cleaning.

Excellent service, great crew, communication was great.

I always count on Rigdon to do a superior job at my home. I only gave four stars on this review as I didn’t feel like the technician took enough time to make sure the exterior of the windows were thoroughly cleaned.

Your technician was on time very professional and quick and efficient.
It was a small job but he did it accurately and well

I have used Rigdon for many years. I have always been very satisfied with their service. Watching them work is like seeing art performed. After they are finished, my windows seem to have no glass in them.

Hello. My windows look great and the cleaner was on time, polite and professional. When the appointment was scheduled, someone else was coming to clean blinds. The blind cleaner was a no-show.

Love Ridden! They are dependable, kind and always do great work. Every employee that has washed my windows has done a fabulous job and are very professional.

Excellent

Love dealing with Rigdon. They are the best customer service people, always friendly & efficient from making your appointment to following up. I have used them for washing my windows. I have a 2 story home & they are in & out quickly & do a great job. They are versatile & plan to have them stain my deck.

Rigdon Employees do a great job of window cleaning, inside & out! Very thorough & polite; customer service is top notch.

Recently had our blinds cleaned in the entire house and a large chandelier above our stairs. Everything was spotless!

Rigdon completed my annual window washing last week and as always, it was a first rate job. They've been doing my windows for years--and for three different homes at this point! Their office representatives are always pleasant and professional, and the guys who do the windows are great.

The window cleaners did a great job and were respectful of our property. Very professional.

Friendly and helpful, prompt arrival, happy with the job.

The representative was so courteous and answered all my questions. He should get a raise. Awesome young man.

I have employed Rigdon for many projects at my home, most recently a new privacy fence around my entire yard. The price was good and completed in the projected amount of time. The workers always go above and beyond my expectations. They are very pleasant and professional in their actions and communications. Great job!
I would give them a five star, however, a little hitch in the payment process. I was emailed an invoice for the full amount which I had earlier paid half the cost. I called and was told to pay the invoice by using the pay button and I would only be charged for what was left of the cost. I was charged the full amount and am now waiting for a reimbursement of half the cost. I will continue using Rigdon but would encourage them to insure the invoices are sent correctly. Thanks!

I received a call confirming the work was in progress. Very polite gentleman.

My windows are sparkling! Brice did a great job. Called ahead. Was on time. Took the time to count my surfaces so that I knew that my number agreed with his number. A great kid! Give him a raise!

I use Rigdon for many things. I am always pleased with their service.

Good people.

Can always count on a great team to clean windows. Positive, energetic, excellent work and customer oriented.

Have used them for a number of years and no interest doing otherwise.

great job at a fair price

Josh is awesome! Responsive, knowledgeable, nice, ethical, respectful and so reasonably priced. Honestly...I don't live with that constant homeowner "appliance breaking" fear knowing that Josh is a phone call or text away.

Rigdon comes on time and does a very good job 😊

This was a great experience. Scheduling was quick and easy and the guys were friendly and professional.

The two gentlemen who came were very polite and they were very quick.

Good, but please send me an invoice shows what was done & PAID. Thanks

We have used Rigdon for window cleaning several times. Employees are always polite and very thorough.
