We were happy with the service we received from Rigdon. They were on time, they had a crew of 3 that worked quickly cleaning our windows. We are telling our neighbors.

the person who cleaned the gutters seemed to do a good job, hosing them out; however, i did not get up on a ladder to do a visual inspection, which would really confirm it!

I am a Rigdon CSR. I always get to hear about what the guys do so I wanted to see for my self. They aren't lying, my windows look pretty fabulous. Now I can actually tell the customers it's worth it. The tech that did mine wasnt too bad either lol. So yes, I'll highly represent the company and say they are experienced and very respectful. A customer once told me "it's like watching them do artwork on my windows" I'll always remember that. She made my heart happy hearing that. On time and did a great job cleaning windows. Finished quickly and cleaned up. Windows were so clear and very next day a bird messed one of them up!😁

RJ notified us when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. When finished, he realized that he missed a spot on a window above our entryway. Without being asked, he quickly went out to eliminate the spot and asked me if I'd like to check the other windows to make sure he hadn't missed anything. I highly recommend the work this young man with Rigdon does.
