They are super easy to get ahold of, responsive, and we’ve had great experiences with the company. We’ve used them for multiple jobs and have been very happy with their results!

After the big rainstorm of last week and my front gutters overflowing, Rigdon showed up to clean my frozen gutters. Matt was very efficient and hard working. He had to deal with frozen leaves in the gutters early in the morning. I have always had great service from my many projects they have helped me get resolved.

Both services I asked for - gutter cleaning and window cleaning - were done well and by people who were communicative and professional. All of this at reasonable prices, especially if you're willing to order through their web portal. Aside from some lag time from order to phone conversation, there's not much that could be done better! Recommend.

I was in real estate for 17 years & this is definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. Rigdon painted my house complete with wood rot repair, caulked the entire house, the aged pre-fab sunroom was re-sided and literally looks like new construction. They work quickly, do what they say, keep in good communication and very reasonably priced. The office staff are equally as helpful, prompt & courteous. Next..... privacy fence & exterior lighting.

Rigdon was easy with help when setting up a date and time for service. Juan arrived and quickly began cleaning screens and windows (outside only) as was asked for. It was a cold, wet, slightly windy day, but Juan was prepared for the weather and began with a smile on his face. We are happy with the results of Rigdon service and will recommend to friends & neighbors.

I have used Rigdon numerous times for window cleaning. Last week I scheduled cleaning for the exterior windows. Cody did a gorgeous job, was courteous and got on the roof to clean the 3 high windows in my living area at the top edge of the cathedral ceiling. I then called Rigdon again to clean the interior windows requesting Cody. I was disappointed when someone else arrived; however Israel was so conscientious and an absolute perfectionist. One of the high windows would not come clean to his satisfaction. Israel climbed on the roof to clean the exterior again though he was being paid for the interior only. Turns out the dirt was between the glass. Clean windows make such a huge difference. The entire house looks lighter. I recommend Rigdon in Austin for high quality at a competitive price.

Rigdon did a fantastic job cleaning my windows inside and out, some of which were very high up. Alex and Alexis were so easy to work with, and their customer service was top notch. They went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend.
