Rigdon Inc

We used Rigdon's gutter services. The service man pointed out wood rot that we had due to a gutter issue. Their office called to follow-up and set up an appt to repair the wood rot also. They were very thorough and it cost what was originally estimated and worth the price. I will continue to use them for future home repairs.

Overall I am happy with Rigdon. I was unhappy today because of several things. The package was to include the cleaning of the window sills. I asked Joey if he was going to clean them he said he had not gotten to them yet. He never did clean them. In addition I discovered that he completely missed a window in the basement bedroom. I told him there were 3 windows and a door down there. I will go through the house and double check before they leave the next time I have my windows done. That said I’m glad to have the windows cleaned.

Before they finished, asked if I was satisfied with their work on windows!! Love the windows so clean and clear!!!

The whole process was smooth and effortless from my first request for service. Christan arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and our window cleaning exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Rigdon was easy to schedule and able to provide clear pricing before the service. The team showed up on time and worked very hard to clean our gutters. They did a great job, were friendly, and cleaned everything up. I am very pleased and will use them for additional services.

I’ve been a satisfied customer for many years. Today’s experience was unusual in that the team that was going to clean gutters and wash windows did not arrive during the promised window of time. But I did receive a phone call to advise. The job was done well.

Excellent job as usual. We use Rigdon every year and they consistently do an excellent job

The 2 gentlemen who cleaned our windows were professional and did a great job. We would certainly recommend Rigdon to others.

The 2 employees that cleaned my gutters did an OUTSTANDING job! They ran water down all the downspouts after removing debris from the gutters making sure there were no blockages.
