My windows look brand new! Such quick and excellent job!

Communication was good and our windows look good as new. However, when the job was done, the screens were left off, the windows were still unlocked, and I was unaware. As a mom with a 5, 3 & 1 year old, this was a big safety concern—the windows of our 2 story home are low set and can easy be pushed open by any of our children. Without a screen, it could be a fatal fall. I would have appreciated the screens being put back in, or at minimum, the windows locked with a heads up that we were responsible for the screens.

Overall: I would recommend and use their service again, just check your screens and locks after!

Great experience with Rigdon. Easability with scheduling, their technician Cosmo was at my door as planned and we walked the property. I pointed out the windows to be cleaned and he got to work. He was very efficient as well as considerate of our bushes and landscaping in the area. Excellent work!

Great experience with Rigdon again! Have worked with them for window and gutter cleaning multiple times now and they do not disappoint. Easy to schedule, they communicate arrival times accurately and complete a thorough job. I have even given the "gift" of clean windows to family members and every experience has been great.

Technicians are always very prompt, polite and efficient. We love that Rigdon calls us a few times a year to schedule-makes it super easy!

Setting up the appointment was so smooth. Cosmo called when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. I’m so happy with my sparkling windows!

Appt was set for 2 pm, tech called at 3 pm to advise he was on his way. Once he arrived mitigated my gutters overflowing with leaves. Nice young man. Have always used this service with no past issues

I am so glad I discovered Rigdon after paying way too much for window cleaning in the past. I can afford to have my windows washed more often and their crew is always prompt, friendly and efficient.

First time having my windows professionally cleaned and wow! I’m always using this company. Very affordable too.

I had an appointment this morning between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Connor, the young man who washed my windows, called at 8:00 and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived at 8:20. Connor was very polite, respectful and went to work immediately after introducing himself. He did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their windows washed. He definitely cared about his customers and the job he was doing for them. I do hope his employers realize what a great young man they have working for them.
